AIM Outdoor Group is an industry-leading producer of top-quality firearms and firearms accessories with a history of growth and innovation. We design, engineer, and manufacture precision-grade firearms components right here in our Ontario California facility. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a similar capacity. We are seeking candidates with proven experience as a videographer, graphic designer, packaging design and web site maintenance experience. Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a must. In-person work only no remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the brand identity through the development and consistent use of appropriate and unique graphic elements
• Develop design templates for promotional items, website graphics, brochures, digital advertising & merchandising graphics
• Video Production: Plan, set up, record, edit, and produce short video projects
• Manage and maintain asset library of all photography, video, and graphical assets
• Manage and list new products on our websites.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Graphic design and or photo editing 2-3 Years (Preferred)
• Video filming and editing (DSLR, GoPro, Cannon, Flash and Lighting Knowledge)
• Ability to multi-task across multiple categories and tasks
• Self-starter, ability to work alone for long periods of time
• High skill level in Adobe Suite
• Strong written, interpersonal, and organization skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly
• E-commerce experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
• Ability to pass a full background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.83 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
