We are seeking motivated and reliable shift coordinators for our client site in Winchester, VA! We provide benefits upon hire.
**If you are looking to grow a career in HR without the education background this is a good starting point. No experience necessary but preferred customer service, call center, servers, and bartenders who enjoy helping others. **

Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Must-Have:
HSD or GED (Associate or Bachelors preferred).
Be able to multi-task and be self-motivated.
Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
Must enjoy working as a team and in a high-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Microsoft Office Experience (minimum 2 years)
Proven work experience working in a high-paced environment
(banker/teller, server/bartender, receptionist…etc. welcomed).
Solid ability to read people’s behavior.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
