Aim Star Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing supervision and support to our team of behavior technicians. This position offers you the opportunity to work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote meaningful behavior change and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and make data-based decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
• Compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting.
• Strong clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision and training.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Ability to travel to and be in-person in our Ellensburg, WA center 3 days per week.
• Understanding of Teams and ability to provide engaged, quality mentoring via Teams.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
