Aim Star Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing supervision and support to our team of behavior technicians. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor progress and make data-based decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
  • Compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision and training.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Ability to travel to and be in-person in our Ellensburg, WA center 3 days per week.
  • Understanding of Teams and ability to provide engaged, quality mentoring via Teams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
