We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cheerleading Coach to join our team. If you have a passion for cheerleading and enjoy working with students, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Teach cheerleading techniques, routines, and choreography
- Develop and implement practice plans, communicate with parents and staff
- Choreograph routines and select music for performances and competitions
- Coordinate and oversee cheerleading performances at events
- Ensure the safety of all team members during practices and performances
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cheerleading and coaching
- Strong understanding of cheerleading techniques and safety standards
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
