What you'll be doing:
· Providing expert guidance on Leave Management best practices
· Hosting engaging introduction presentations (Project Handovers) for clients post successful implementation go-lives, leveraging platforms like Zoom Meeting
· Conducting strategic Business Review meetings, Health Checks, and regular operational meetings with assigned customers to ensure their success
· Identifying opportunities for upselling new product and service offerings to customers, contributing to revenue growth
· Collaborating with various teams (Product, Implementations, Sales, Finance) to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently
· Working closely with Customer Support to address trending issues and develop risk mitigation plans
· Sharing knowledge of product improvements and features through interactive “Lunch and Learns”
· Advocating for customer needs in product development by translating feedback into actionable roadmap items
· Providing comprehensive eLearnings, tutorials, and training refreshers to empower customers
· Assisting Finance in tracking outstanding invoices and collections as needed
· Serving as the primary escalation point for all account-related issues
· Minimal travel required – less than 10% per year
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Prior experience in B2B SaaS and at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Proficiency in problem-solving, system troubleshooting, and prioritization
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have:
· Understanding of HR Leave Policies, FMLA, Disability, and/or ADA
· Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
· Experience with CRM and issue ticketing systems like Jira and Salesforce
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Schedule
Salary Range: $120,000-$125,000 company equity
Location: Denver, CO
