Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for designing engaging learning experiences in digital and distance learning environments.

This is a part-time (20-30hrs/week) contract position paying up to $43/hr.

Key Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 3 years as an Instructional Designer in digital learning.
• Expertise in adult learner-focused educational materials.
• Experience with diverse groups (trade colleges, underrepresented peoples, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 and diverse educational delivery tools.
• Strong in collaborative e-learning, micro-learning, and multimedia development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze learning needs and design effective materials.
• Develop interactive e-learning, micro-learning, videos, infographics, and handouts.
• Apply instructional design methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Evaluate and optimize training programs based on feedback and assessments.
• Stay updated with instructional design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience with LMS and content authoring tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
