AimHire is Hiring a Title Specialist Near Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Title Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of home and vehicle title transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. You will work closely with third-party vendors, DMVs, manufacturers, and community members to obtain and coordinate title transfers efficiently.

This is an indefinite contract opportunity paying $25/hr in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the transfer of home titles and Manufacturer’s Certificate(s) of Origin (MCO) for vehicles.
  • Maintain detailed records and notes in our BackOffice system regarding the status of title processes.
  • Follow up regularly on outstanding titles and provide updates via weekly reports.
  • Manage physical titles, ensuring they are organized and updated in our tracking program upon arrival and departure.
  • Initiate and oversee title corrections as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Transactions team to gather necessary sales documents for title transfers out of company dealer names.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and communities regarding title issues and resolutions.
  • Utilize OneProject for maintaining an accurate ownership trail of homes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with home titles is essential; experience with car titles is not applicable.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related software specific to title management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in resolving issues and following up with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with homeowners and external parties.
  • Resourcefulness in managing a significant backlog of title transfers across multiple states.
