Job Title: Project Manager - Security Operations
Location: (Hybrid) - 100 N Senate Ave, IGCN/N551 Indianapolis, IN 26402. (Local candidates only)
Pay Rate: $46.32/Hr. on W2, without benefits.
Duration: 18 Months - (Extendable based on performance )
What to Expect to be Successful:
Execute an action plan to successfully transition the enterprise vulnerability assessment solution.
Continue roll out of Tanium to all workstations and servers.
Execute an action plan to successfully roll out Varonis to all state agencies.
Work with Documentation Working Group to track progress, provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Conduct weekly status meeting with team to review progress, discuss challenges, and adjust project plan as needed to ensure milestones are on track.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the security team to discuss innovative ideas for enhancing the state s cybersecurity posture and identifying potential areas for improvement.
Create, review and update project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and incident response procedures, to maintain accurate records and support future project evaluations.

Required 3 Years IT project scoping, stakeholder management, resource planning, tracking resources to dates/budgets, documenting/tracking issues, risks and escalation
Required 3 Years High degree of emotional intelligence in working with resources, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Required 3 Years Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a focus on security and/or IT operations (app dev, SaaS, Infrastructure, Network)
Required 3 Years Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Required 3 Years Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, drive successful project outcomes while promoting collaboration
Required 3 Years Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required 3 Years Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Highly desired 1 Years Experience working in a government or public-sector environment is advantageous, as it provides insight into the unique challenges and requirements
Highly desired 3 Years Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus Information Technology Project Manager
