AIMIC Inc. is Hiring a Project Accountant Near Portland, OR
Responsibilities
- Provide a customer service-oriented approach to assisting multiple Directors and Consultants with the successful financial delivery of projects and use of the ERP system, Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Conduct accurate contract documentation, administration, and maintenance including fee and budget entry within Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Assist Directors and Consultants with drafting required change orders and work with client to obtain required approvals.
- Support Finance team with client invoice generation and submittals, collections management, project budgeting, and assistance on time sheets and expense reports.
- Monitor and help manage Accounts Receivable, work to resolve any client payment delays and keep stakeholders updated on status of payment.
Education Requirement: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in lieu of a degree
Experience Required: 2 years’ accounting experience, preferably in the AEC industry
Software Experience Required: 2 years' experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar ERP)
