The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, optimization, and operation of water treatment processes within wastewater treatment facilities. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations related to wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop water treatment processes for wastewater treatment plants, including physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of treatment processes.
• Perform detailed process modeling and simulation to optimize treatment plant performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and environmental scientists, to implement innovative solutions and address complex challenges.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the construction, commissioning, and operation of water treatment facilities.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess plant performance, identify operational issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in water treatment technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure best practices and compliance with environmental standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.

Minimum of [8] years of experience in the design and operation of water treatment plants, with a focus on wastewater treatment.
