What You Will Do:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Field Learning Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving our learning and development strategy. The Field Learning Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for AION property/site-based employees. The successful candidate will have a strong customer orientation, be adaptable to work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop curriculum, and deliver effective training solutions promoting professional development with a strong sales skills focus The Field Learning Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that employees have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles and contribute to organizational success.
