Your Role: In this pivotal role, you will:• Provide indispensable legal support to attorneys and clients.
• Skillfully draft moderate to complex correspondence, pleadings, and accounting documents for guardianship, conservatorship, and probate cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Expertly manage case files and monitor all case activities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prepare and distribute weekly reports and actively participate in team meetings to strategize upcoming court events and deadlines.
• Compile and prepare exhibits for court events, inventories, and accounting purposes, showcasing your litigation prowess.
• Engage with clients, CPAs, and financial institution representatives for annual accounting matters.
• Liaise with Probate Court supervisors for error corrections and ensure accuracy in court notices and minute entries.
• Conduct intake, conflict checks, and file management duties, including court filings and e-filings.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to new recruits and legal assistants.
• Supervise staff as required and directed by senior management.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is ideal.
• Paralegal certification preferred, but experience more important to the practice.
• Three or more years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust matters.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
