**Description**

This role coordinates all activities and communication involved in transferring patients from one facility to another, as specified by our customers in a call center based model. This position is at our 24/7 facility in Omaha, NE. It is not a remote position. We provide competitive pay, excellent benefits and paid training.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with all callers; ability to relay information accurately and follow processes as developed by our customers

* Receive physician requests from transferring facilities and coordinate patient transfer to receiving facility

* Able to represent partner hospitals professionally and accurately with consistent customer service

* Facilitate and document all communications between referring and receiving parties involved in the transfer process

* Coordinate flight and ground transportation as needed

* Able to stay professional and efficient in high stress situations

* Adhering to regular attendance and punctuality accountability.

Skills:

* Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of collaboration at all levels

Processes data within already defined procedure

Ability to be a team player and communicate effectively with in small group settings

* Ability to stay professional and efficient in high stress situations and demonstrate excellent customer service skills with all callers

* Typing speed of 30 wpm

* Basic Computer Skills preferred

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

* 2 to 5 years Customer Service experience preferred
