Position Summary

As aircraft technology advances, so must its care and control. It is the Mobility Air Forces Integrated Communication/Navigation/Mission Systems specialist’s job to inspect, troubleshoot and install integrated avionic systems on our planes. Working with systems of electronic warfare, video displays, traffic-collision avoidance and more, you’ll ensure they’re ready for every mission.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise in aircraft grounding servicing, launch and recovery.
• Establish methods and performance standards.
• Operate and maintain navigation, communication and mission systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions using schematics and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED with 15 college credits or GED
• Knowledge of interpreting and applying mechanical, wiring and electronic circuit diagrams
• Normal color vision
• Completion of a current National Agency Check, Local Agency Checks and Credit
• Completion of 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 39
