About the Organization
Description

AirPros USA is a rapidly growing Heating & Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical Company with locations throughout the country!
We're seeking an On-Site Call Center Supervisor for our Dallas Call Center that will be the backbone of our marketing success. They will be required to have an exceptional "Can Do" attitude and be results-driven. While managing and overseeing the activities of our call center's employees, they will ensure goals are being met and excellent customer service is being provided to our potential and existing customers.
Qualifications and Performance Expectations:
  • Adhere to Air Pros USA Core Values: Integrity, Service, Unity, and Continuous Improvement
  • Manage up to 15 on-site Call Center Representatives
  • Creating and implementing inbound & outbound call center strategies, and setting targets
  • Tracking employee results providing feedback, and guiding them to improve
  • Hiring and training new employees, and coaching them on how to serve our customers best
  • Creating schedules to keep employees busy and avoid downtime
  • Answering questions, and guiding employees through difficult calls
  • Ensuring a friendly and motivating culture
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Ensuring employees adhere to the company's policies and procedures
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and evening schedule
Benefits:
  • $50,000 salary plus annual bonuses

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's preferred
  • At least 3 years or more experience in a Supervisory role in a Call Center.
  • Experience with coaching, training, and motivating employees is required
  • Experience with CRM systems, automated dialers, reporting, and omnichannel communication
  • Proficient with MSO Suite including Excel
  • Be an Example through Leadership
  • Ability to Multitask, Problem solve & work with a hands-on approach
  • Performance Evaluations for your team
  • Inside sales experience is a bonus
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Must pass a Background Check & Drug Test
Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of Service Titan
  • Experience in the HVAC & Plumbing Industry
