We are looking for quality HVAC Service Technicians and Lead Installers

Duties included:
* Accurately completes all paperwork daily
* Have at least 3 years of field experience
* Ability to change motors, coils and compressors
* Ability to change breakers and do "bring up to codes" on new installs
* Have a good Understanding of Florida Code
* Ability to climb ladders
* Ability to lift air handlers
* Ability to cut sheet metal and build A doghouse for package units
* Ability to install replace a flex duct when needed from time to time
* Ability to run emergency service
* Have a valid Florida driver's license, with a Good Driving record
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Have outstanding communication and customer service skills
* Always Maintains vehicles keeping them clean outside and organized on the inside.
* Wears shoe covers while in the customer's home and maintain a neat work area while performing services always using drop clothes
* Tests each system prior to leaving the customer's home to make sure that the system is working properly
* Perform on-site preventative maintenance (for maintenance contract customers) flushing all drains and taking lots of pictures/uploading pictures to our database.
* Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Education:
•High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
•HVAC: 5 years (Preferred)

•EPA Universal Certification (Required)
