We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Residential
Plumbing Manager to join our Team. As the Plumbing Manager, you will be
responsible for overseeing all operations related to plumbing, including project
management, staff supervision, budgeting, and client interaction.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our new start up division and play a
vital role in the growth and success of our plumbing division.
Job Responsibilities:
The Plumbing Manager supervises the day-to-day activities and performance of
all Plumbers. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Plumbing Manager
ensures that employees are assigned to perform work in keeping with their
position as required.
-Direct and manage the Plumbing business in operating area and focus on
gross margin goals.
-Generate revenue opportunities for the Plumbing team.
-Reviews and updates pricing in Service Titan as needed.
-Provide a superior level of service to ensure long-term business growth and
the ability to seek new ventures.
-Supervise the installations, repairs, and maintenance of the plumbing
department.
-Call-by-Call management support.
-Provide day to day supervisory support to direct reports and focus on team
leadership.
-Maintain records/files. Prepare and analyze reports and charts concerning
worker utilization and job time rates.
-Review daily service tickets completed by techs to assure for proper
diagnosis, resolutions, pricing and opportunities identified.
-Plan, schedule, supervise and assign the activities of the Plumbing team.
-Establish work standards, production control, and job priorities.
-Maintain a safe work environment and enforce the safety culture.
-Assist with determining time and cost estimates for plumbing jobs and provide
technical support for field when required.
-Assure technicians have proper inventory on truck to complete scheduled
work.
-Perform related work as required.
Job Qualifications:
-3 years of previous Residential Plumbing Service Management experience.
-High School Diploma
-10 years of Plumbing field technical knowledge (Residential)
-Knowledge of company operating procedures and local plumbing codes.
-Ability to properly bid and estimate jobs.
-Service Titan experience.
