Responsibilities:
-Support client managers with maintaining & developing client relationships
-Support the pursuit of new clientele opportunities
-Orchestrate delivery/pick-up of movables in collaboration with CSR/Warehouse staff including vendors, common carriers, and local delivery
-Track/Log feedback and integrate it for discussion and possible implementation
-General customer service including answering phones, directing calls and clients
Requirements:
-Experience/Desire to grow in the world of art, furniture, and fine art logistics
-Sales/Marketing experience a plus
-White Glove knowledge or background in high end sales
-Exceptional phone and email communication
-Exceptional Customer Service
