Urgent HVAC Sales Admin Needed!

Requirements:

• 2 years of HVAC Experience
• 2 years of Sales Administrative Support
• 5 years in an Office Setting

Responsibilities:

• Understand and have plan for daily and monthly sales goals
• Review previous days after hours to ensure calls are booked
• Generate advertising pieces/emails to get more sales leads
• Assist in sales process
• Review and qualify “sales leads” booked by call center
• Review “Potential Turnover” calls on dispatch board
• Right call Right guy (Salesman)
• Track results for each dispatched call (Turnovers AND Marketing)
• Run report to check for unpaid jobs
• Communicate with sales manager on priority calls with non-revenue
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure right guy right call
• Fully understand all aspects of financing to support all HVAC and plumbing field techs getting customers approved
• Process previous days financing
• Register all equipment and attach scanned documents to each install
• Update retro invoices to show actual material used
• Remove replaced equipment from customers account
• Check for payment or other missing information
• Purchase Extended warranties
• Call EVERY homeowner when crew is on their way
• Pull permits for next day installations
• Call customer during installation for happy check (Keep track of customer comments)
• Schedule city inspection and Quality Checks as needed
