Your Mission

We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Facilities and Cleaning Attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the premises , ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all.

Your Day-to-Day

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Replenish restroom and common area supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor .
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with occasional special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned.
• Assist and also work independently in a clean room atmosphere donning the correct clean room attire and adhering to clean room standards.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required .
• Knowledge of cleanrooms and cleanroom procedures is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents, solvents and other chemicals and the correct Personal Protective Equipment or the ability to learn these is a must .

Physical Demand

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools or controls .
• The employee frequently is required to talk and hear . Based on the position an employee is occasionally required to stand for an extended period of time ;

walk; reach above shoulders; and stoop, kneel, bend, twist or crouch.

• The employee must occasionally be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds . Specific vision abilities require by this job include close vision.
• Personal Protective Equipment may be required including safety shoes and glasses. Other protective equipment may also be necessary based on the specific task
