Summary/Objective: The Engineering Apprentice position is responsible for creating jobs files and other administrative duties. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with multiple software systems. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. General business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with some overtime.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Working knowledge of construction, HVAC and plumbing industries
