PURCHASING CLERK

Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Purchasing Clerk. Responsibilities:

• Process receivers against purchase orders
• Assist Accounts Payable with PO/receiver/invoice issues
• Ensure purchase orders are approved according to company policy
• Assist team with PO requests and preparing POs
• Assist team with monitoring inventory quantities, order status, changes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of ERP systems
• Good math and detail orientation
• Critical thinking
• Spanish fluency a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
