Right now, Aire Serv of Michigan is looking for a residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning inside sales person.
Applicants must have a strong desire to succeed. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing world class service to our clients.
Although sales quotas are not part of our business plan, candidates must be willing to set, and meet, self-imposed goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Proven sales leader who is willing to go the extra mile for your customers and your career.
Ability to track sales and performances
Ability to compose necessary paperwork to include agreements, finance documents, project notes, etc.
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
Must attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions
Must have strong mathematical skills
Contact current customers to extend service plans
Call prospects to set up anappointment for Home Comfort Analysis

Must maintain strong organizational skills; attention to detail is critical
Be crazy attentive and helpful to our clients!
Must be an effective communicator
Must be able to meet deadlines
