The Regional Medical Sales Manager is responsible for managing medical gas sales within the region, including direct management of Medical Sales Specialists and driving the profitable growth of the health care product line.

• Lead, coach, and guide sales team to achieve top safety standards and performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and problem resolution.
• Champion safety measures through meetings and strict enforcement.
• Maintain and enhance selling skills and product knowledge for staff.
• Enforce company policies, aid in customer service, and address performance issues.
• Support Branch Manager in hiring, training, and managing employees.
• Assist outside sales reps, prepare sales data, and forecast for leadership.
• Manage budget, monitor fiscal performance, and control expenditures.
