- Monitors project hours and timelines to inform Director of Maintenance of progress
- Schedules outside maintenance with third party vendors
- Oversees and ensures core part returns for proper credit
- Creates and runs any needed reports in QuickBase to maintain project workflow
- Orders and tracks aircraft parts
- Works with vendors to mitigate delays to maintain AirMart’s schedule
- Maintains a well-organized parts and tool inventory
- Enters in all maintenance squawks for each aircraft into QuickBase
- Works with the Director of Maintenance to develop a project flow and Gantt chart
- Conducts quarterly audits the MSDS binder ensuring that it is up to date
- Updates MSDS binder with all new chemicals purchased
- Assists maintenance with organizing parts and hangar
- Prepares outgoing shipments and ensures they are delivered to appropriate carrier
- Liaisons with third-party maintenance shops and keeps contact information up to date
- Oversees OSHA training program and ensures mechanics meet the requirements
- Auditing logbooks to verify squawks are completed.
- Experience in the aviation maintenance industry
- Ability to get an AOA badge - no felonies in last 10 ten years
- Solid in Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A basic knowledge of computer database systems, preferably QuickBase and Pipedrive
- Familiar with Gantt charts and project flow
- Experience with job costing and ordering aircraft parts
- Professional phone personality
- A solid knowledge of aircraft parts and vendors
- Professional appearance.
- Can work efficiently with a task list and calendar
- A familiarity with MSDS, OSHA rules and regulations
- Experience with postage and shipping
