Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our after school facility. Past experience in teaching and/or childcare is a must.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, with a focus on providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. They also are able to maintain a friendly and positive attitude during work hours.

Duties:

- Supervise and support a team of child care providers, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to safety protocols

- Collaborate with parents to address individual child needs and maintain open communication

- Manage day-to-day operations

- Update and maintain accurate records in our digital database

Experience:

- Previous experience in educating, childcare or working with children is a must

- Knowledge of education administration practices

- Associates degree or better
