HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS DYNAMIC ROLE

As our Assistant Controller, your day begins with overseeing the month-end financial close and preparing essential financial reports. You manage journal entries, analyze accounts, and review discrepancies in work-in-progress (WIP) materials. Collaborating with the payroll department and approving payroll when the controller is unavailable are part of your routine, along with generating daily sales reports and assisting in budget forecasts. You thrive in our fast-paced, open office environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for problem-solving.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong spreadsheet management skills
• Excellent computer skills, including the ability to perform data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage projects and work independently or collaboratively
• Ability to work overtime with little notice (weekend hours may occasionally be required)
• Leadership skills and effective leadership behaviors

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
