Airway Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Certified Veterinary Technician Near Colorado, CO

Airway Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned, multi-doctor practice in southern Colorado Springs. We have a growing business and we are looking to expand our team to support that growth. Veterinary assistants and technicians are the backbone of our practice - we couldn't do what we do without them!
Here at Airway we desire teammates that are honest, easy-going, and able to communicate with team members and doctors. Job requirements include but are not limited to: enduring endless kisses from pets, taking quality time to build trust with our nervous kiddos (and their owners), chasing down fellow teammates to get the puppy/kitten back for the appointment, and supporting one another throughout the hard moments.
Airway actively promotes a healthy work environment through considerate management, personalized training programs, and a full suite of benefits that staff can use to help reach their own individual goals. We encourage and promote continuing education, whether that be within the clinic, through an online program, or one of the local schools.
We are looking for an applicant with a minimum of 1 year in-clinic experience, but will accept less for the right candidate. Responsibilities include: gathering histories, patient care, running in-house lab work, care of surgical patients, client education, and much more! On site training will be provided with the opportunity to advance. Pay is based on experience and education.
