Summary/Objective:

Drive change within current processes, to improve user productivity and data accuracy, by fully utilizing our systems capabilities. Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of business objectives. Maintain and enhance existing programs to provide additional features and efficiency. Support users’ goals in a timely and courteous manner. Protect the company by maintaining proper information and system security.

• Identify project requirements and establish personal rapport with project owner to ensure full understanding of project objectives.
• Analyzing systems hardware and software problems and developing solutions through research, design, coding, testing, and modification to business software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
• Developing applications on company systems using languages RPG Free, PHP, SQL, Python
• Use your knowledge of product capability and functionality to:
  1. Provide timely support to users for Infor XA.
  2. Drive change to business processes.
  3. Evaluate and champion new methods.
• Work with IT team to provide quick solutions to user problems in all areas of the business.
• Support of all IT related systems as needed.
• Protect business operations by maintaining system security and preserving confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the organization.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience programming on an IBM I
• Must be available for off shift, weekends, and on-call support.
