Administrative Assistant - Quality Control

Job Duties:

• Quality docs- collect and scan component and supplier data, organize files and folders in preparation for EIDPs, FAIs, and component requirement matrix.
• Digital transformation- doc person will be responsible for scanning, digitizing and electronic filing of production, test, and quality records. Standardize program files/folder organization for electronic storage of files. Scan, digitize, and file maintain test records
• Forms and templates: review ECNs for use of approved forms, docs, dwg templates. Management of standard templates,
• In process QC support: support in-process record collection (photos, QC records, PRCs, log files)
• Support QC as with administrative duties as part of CAR/NCMR process, FAI process and preparation of customer responses.

Must be a US citizen

• Part time position 25-30 hours a week.

• Must be highly proficient with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMs.
• Must have a working knowledge of computer file systems and be very well organized.
• Must have experience using office equipment: scanner, printer, etc.

Experience with drawings, schematics, and bill of materials is highly desirable
