Job Title: Customer Support IT Specialist

Aitheras LLC requires a Customer Support IT Specialist to provide technical support and solutions to government application problems, particularly with GOTS applications like ARIMS.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in product demonstrations, conduct government training, and interface directly with product development.
• Relate company and third-party products to specific IT disciplines and guide during implementation.
• Modify GOTS applications based on government requirements and provide time estimates for needed modifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a specialized field.
• Knowledgeable of GOTS applications, Microsoft SQL, and .NET framework.
• Experience with IT support and services for government application development.
• Secret Clearance Required.
