Description:

Japanese logistics company in Seattle, WA, currently seeking an Import/Export Operator. We welcome applicants with experience using Cargo Wise, as well as those without prior experience.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Seattle branch operations team for data entry and shipping label creation

- Issue invoices

- Track shipments and manage coordination

- Provide customer service via email and phone

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, agents, and government agencies to ensure smooth logistics and shipping

- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage export control, and acquire necessary licenses for shipping within government guidelines

- Perform other related tasks

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Cargo Wise

- Experience in the logistics industry is preferred

- Must have a valid U.S. work visa

**Position:Exporter of Commercial Freight

**Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (8-hour shifts)

**Salary:$40K – $50K annually (Based on experience and skills)
