The Assistant Property Manager position is a fantastic opportunity for a goal oriented candidate looking for management advancement opportunities with a growing company.
Skills Required for the Assistant Property Manager role:

8. Proficient with Word & Excel for communications and spreadsheets; Yardi is a plus.
Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:
1. Accept and post rental payments
2. Daily collection calls and update Property Manager
3. Develop incentives to encourage rent payments
4. Create and distribute notices
5. Prepare and handle evictions
6. Ledger corrections
7. Handle customer service issues
8. Leasing
Schedule to include Mon-Fri with alternate Saturdays and a day off during the week. Must have a valid driver's license or means of immediate transportation to attend meetings, events, and daily activities.
