```Duties```:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers of patients
- Collect specimens for testing and perform basic laboratory procedures
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely

```Qualifications```:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
- Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Knowledge of Epic electronic medical record system is a plus
- Ability to suture wounds is a plus
- Experience in behavioral health or hospice care is desirable
- Familiarity with tube feeding and other specialized caregiving techniques is beneficial
- Comfortable working with children and experience in pediatric care is a plus
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or other electronic health record systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper use is beneficial
