As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing both technical support and educational assistance to our users. Your role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving incidents promptly, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support for desktop, server, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Manage and prioritize incident tickets within the specified SLA.
• Provide IT training and support to users.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base.
• Support audio/visual equipment for meetings and conferences.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge and experience with:
• Windows operating systems
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Network troubleshooting
• Hardware and software installation
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with the following applications is preferred: iManage, InTapp, Egress, O365, Kofax, Zscaler, Citrix, Zoom.
