6.4SendoutW-9formtoall newvendors.

6.5Keepfilingcurrentand makenewfile folders asneeded.

6.6Responsibleforphonecoverage whilereceptionistisatlunch.

6.7Must beon time.

6.8Performothermisc.dutiesasassignedbysupervisor.
