Job Requirements:

• BS Degree in Accounting
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
• Preparation of the monthly credit memo summary report
• US GAAP
• Perform general accounting functions, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Assist in compilation of B/S, P&L, GL accounts, other accounting processes and financial closing process
• Assists with annual audit by preparing financial information and supporting schedules
• Accounts Receivable - Invoice Processing, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring all documentation on each customer is updated.
• Apply accounting policies and principles to properly record, report and maintain financial data.
• Assists with special projects and analysis as requested.
• Excellent financial analysis skills
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
