Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of steel and equipment manufacturing
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction process, procurement, project costs/forecasting/estimating, scheduling, and close-out.
• Must have strong Knowledge of current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and standards
• OSHA
• AutoCAD
• Maintain tooling inventory
• Supervise and ensure employees are adhering to safety guidelines.
• Contract management within the plant
• Plans, prepares, and implements installation projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively using project management methodologies.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines.
• Supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Proficient at reading and understanding drawings and contract documents
• Prepare and update project schedules weekly
• Ensure project quality is maintained per ISO requirements
• Lead turnover effort from estimating/sales
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
