Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison with senior management, ensuring their understanding of program status, facilitating problem resolution, and coordinating management efforts as needed for corrective action
• Establishes, nurtures, and sustains strong customer relationships, proactively meets customer requirements, and consistently fosters transparent communication to strategically grow the business.
• Leads high-level technical discussions, both internally and externally, to ensure all technical requirements are met
• Ensures compliance with master program plans and schedules, prepares and issues operational and program directives, and manages product configuration
• Oversees and guides the execution of program-related functional tasks, including procurement, manufacturing, quality control, configuration management, administrative functions, contract administration, and facility management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex manufacturing programs or equivalent work experience and education.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems across the entire company is preferred, and familiarity with M1 (ECI) is a significant advantage
• Candidates with experience in a vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly setting and knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Assembly are preferred
• Candidates with Department of Defense Program Management experience are desired, and Navy experience is preferred
• Familiarity with the defense acquisition process and comprehension of Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Applicants must have a personal and professional background that qualifies them to obtain a Government Security Clearance
• Willing to travel 10%-15% of the time
