We are a residential real estate investment firm that purchases homes from motivated/distressed homeowners. We specialize in buying and selling homes across vibrant and emerging markets including Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida; San Diego, California; Greater Nashville, Tennessee; and San Antonio, Texas. We also have a great back-office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work from home most of the time.
Commission: This is a commission-based position. Average salespeople can make $100,000 per year in this position, top-notch salespeople have the potential for $150,000 .
Responsibilities
•Attend Real Estate networking events
•Cultivate relationships with wholesalers and real estate agents
•Find fixer-upper properties that we can purchase
•Evaluate the fixer-uppers to see how we can profit from remodeling and selling them
•Follow up on all potential properties
•Communicate and work effectively with our team members
•Negotiate a favorable sales price on each house
•Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
Qualifications
•A real estate license is not required
•Candidates must live in the Tampa, FL area. It does require in-person meetings with wholesalers, agents, and homeowners and viewing local properties
•Experience determining home values in the Tampa, FL area
•Some sales experience is required
•Exceptional communication skills
•Positive attitude and growth mindset
