Hotel AKA NoMad is hiring for a Mini Bar Attendant!

The Mini Bar Attendant at Hotel AKA NoMad plays a crucial role in providing guests with exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. Responsible for stocking, maintaining, and replenishing mini bars in guest rooms, the Mini Bar Attendant ensures that every guest enjoys a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

• Stock, replace, inspect, and clean mini bars in accordance with departmental procedures and policies.
• Maintain and track daily inventory of mini bar stock.
• Replenish mini bar items in guest rooms and maintain pantry stock and cleanliness.
• Ensure products in the mini bar are not expired and promptly remove any expired items.
• Maintain assigned mini bar carts and complete service requests for mini bar replenishment.
• Report any guest issues or requests related to the mini bar to management.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support departmental success.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hotel industry preferred.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems, inventory management software, and reporting tools.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Compliance with all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
