Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales is required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is desirable but not required

Pay: $17.77 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 – 40 per week
