Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in computer, IT, information science, engineering or similar technical field is required. - Minimum 4 years of project management experience meeting key objectives and milestones, monitoring schedule, executing first-line quality control, and translating between high-level goals and tactical-level performance. - Experience with the decomposition of large projects into plans-of-action composed of smaller tasks and personnel assignments that can be monitored to measure progress against the plan. - Ability to provide quality presentations and updates to different user groups including IT personnel, administrators, instructors, and senior leaders. - You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Desired Qualfiications: IT Cyber security experience is an asset. Experience working with the Military training and education community and an understanding of the different tools, technologies, and systems commonly used by this community. Experience creating technical plans for products, and participation in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products.
