Responsibilities: Serve as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Integration Test Lead. Serve as subject matter expert in testing/assessing software functions as well as performance, the architecture, design, development, execution, and maintenance of all systems within the HRC-EMoD system test environments (RSN and NASE). - Perform testing and validation. - Maintain personnel and administrative system applications. - Interact with internal users to obtain and convey concise problem information in a professional manner by phone, email, and in person. - Determines data accuracy and relevance to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations. - Prepare detailed systems specifications. - Provide written feedback for test events in support of software releases, assistance, and evaluation services for computer hardware and software implementation, and software implementation on workstations. - Analyze data in support of system configuration and cybersecurity requirements. - Plan and conducts studies. - Assist in developing and following the error/issue/bug creation and tracking process for consistency across all teams. - Use established techniques and procedures to document hardware and software changes. - Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the appropriate test patterns. - Interact with customers and technical developers to understand their configurations and environments. - Monitor operation of applications and systems. - Conduct appropriate analyses and provides accurate and timely guidance to requests for information received from various inquirers. - Responsible for testing the customer’s applications and ensure they meet standards and specifications. Details: - *Primary Test Tools used are HP ALM, DimensionsRM, Remedy, HP UFT, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite. - RSN applications we test include: IKROme, HRAP, CCIMM, JCIMS, JUMS, 4 Year, CASA, HRAP, WoApp, WOSB, PAL, DCA, ACE, FSP, Keystone Retain, IMS, HSS, and more. - NASE applications we test include: ASBS, ASBS Legacy, OSSS, CNS, SFL TAP, BCAP, CCAP, TAP XXI, HRC –WEB, and more.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree. - 1 years of experience of test related experience (tools, testing, or with applications). - IAT level II certification or ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment. - Active Secret Clearance. Desired Qualifications: - Experience as a tester or experience working with some of the apps listed above. - Basic understanding of test process. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement review, test planning, scheduling, execution, defect reporting, tracking and status reporting.
