We're supporting a Global German automotive supplier, who are looking for an experienced leader to take charge of their IT department for their plant based in Kentucky.
Role:
- Manage IT department and its day to day functions
- Support in the upgrades, development and maintenance of all IT systems (inc. networks, PC's, operating systems and automation equipment)
- LAN/WAN oversight, as well as overseeing microcomputers
- Identify and Resolve hardware and software problems
- Effectively create and communicate KPI's for the whole IT department
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred (or 8-10 years experience in a similar role/a relevant combination of both)
- Experience with SAP implementation
- Strong people skills
- Manufacturing background (Automotive manufacturing preferred)
