Akkodis is seeking an Assembly Operator for a client located in State College, PA. Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Pay/Salary Range: $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder of 3 years.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
• Entry-level support individual contributor.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
• Work consists of tasks that are routine.
