Akkodis is seeking Brand Engagement Manager with 4 years of experience in the beauty industry (Hybrid) role

Title: - Brand Engagement Manager (Hybrid)

Location: New York, NY 10001 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

The Pay Range is $34 - $37/hr on W2 without benefits

Ideal candidate profile:

• Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in the beauty industry
• Expertise in marketing/digital
• Passionate about luxury is important
• Creativity as well as strategy (balance)
• Drive and hunger to excel and exceed expectations - looking for someone who can drive the charge, has experience, and take the lead.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors Degree, with at least 2-3 years of Global Marketing / DMI industry-related marketing work experience (beauty or consumer package goods)
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with team-oriented managerial skills; manages complexity with reasoning from multiple perspectives and makes decisions
• Previous development and/or launch management skills a must with examples of resiliency
• Strong appreciation for our business / affirmative sensitivity to the fragrance métier; understands beauty
• Strong appreciation for our fashion and affinity to the Ralph Lauren brand
• Proactive, ability to self-manage projects, ability to overcome obstacles independently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills (written and oral).
