This position will be assisting the Buyer/Planners in placing orders with suppliers using our SAP system. The candidate would be responsible for 1. Placing orders routine orders with suppliers which have been approved by the Buyer/Planners 2. Communicating with suppliers on order acknowledgments 3. Tracing and tracking information as directed by Buyer/Planners 4. Certain clerical functions related to buying and planning activities managed by the group 5. Other duties as assigned. Skills and experience needed 1. Purchasing 2. Planning 3. Excel and Word Medium level 4. Other systems knowledge/experience with purchasing tools SAP preferred.
