Akkodis is seeking an HR Compensation Analyst for a Hybrid Direct Hire position with a client located in Irvine CA 92606. ideally looking for someone who can conduct analysis and interpretation related to the organization's compensation programs.
Salary Range: $100K - $140k/annum (The salary range may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. )
HR Compensation Analyst Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
• Evaluate the organization's jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
• Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys.
• Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine the competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs.
• Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets.
• Participates in the administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs.
• Reports on Key HR data metrics, monitoring trends and working with managers to identify strategies for improvement.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree required. A degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or Humanities is preferred.
- Professional – Advanced – Knowledge of professional practices related to compensation.
- Minimum of 6 years compensation experience required
- Intermediate – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
