As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide customer service support to our internal customers, image for onboarding new hires, end-user support, account creation, and track manage IT inventory, and more!

This role is located at our Las Vegas, NV headquarters.

* Leverages technologies to image, configure, deploy, and track employee workstations throughout the entire enterprise.

* Coordinates with cross-functional teams in facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding.

* Customarily and regularly provides front-line support to internal customers, including hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.

* Manages physical location of employee assets and IT inventory, including major facility relocations.

** Skills Knowledge and Expertise**

* 1-2 years of experience supporting end users in a Windows environment.

* Remote support across multiple teams and departments.

* Knowledge of Windows 10, Outlook/Office 365, and setting/updating user permissions.

* Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fixing laptop and desktop devices.

* Nice to have: A and/or Microsoft certifications.

* Nice to have: Office 365 and ServiceNow experience.
